Bishop Stephen E. Livingston

Bishop Stephen E. Livingston is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God.  He was born and raised near Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland with a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1974.  Pastor Livingston has served God and the church as a lay leader and full time minister for more than 35 five years.  His Holy Spirit anointed preaching and teaching of the Word of God is life changing and soul stirring.  God has given him a vision for Center Cross to reach and serve the people of the surrounding communities for God.

Deborah has served God and the church for many years.  Her teaching and leadership compliment Pastor Livingston's ministry, forming a powerful team to effectively serve the entire church body.
